Job Description

Responsibilities + Administrative duties for SVP, including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, submitting expense reports, booking and IT management. + Running internal and external play sessions and demos + Work with Legal on submitting SOWs (statement of Work) for vendor work + Work with Finance for vendor onboarding and on tracking Production and Marketing costs/payment in-flow/out-flow management. + Manage digital asset archive and coordinate the transfer of assets between key parties + Work alongside execs on the build of SPVR presentation decks + Ensure that all SPVR game in-house hardware and software is updated to latest versions + Coordinate with the marketing team on Store Page programming and Management including localization. + Work with production companies to track budget and progress of VR short film/TV projects Qualifications + Minimum 1 year experience in production, video game, marketing, or publishing + Interest in Virtual Reality and live action production + Strong presentation skills + Technical skills + Ability to multi-task Sony Pictures Entertainment is an equal opportunity employer.
