Overview:

We’re partnering with a well-respected agency known for its strong leadership, supportive culture, and long-term employee growth. We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who can handle complex accounts with minimal oversight. This is a full-time, in-house position—remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities
Manage renewal processes 120–150 days prior to expiration, including underwriting and marketing of accounts.

Complete and process applications, endorsements, billing, and client documentation using internal systems (e.g., WorkSmart, BPR).

Review underwriting documents (SOV, ISO, cost estimators) and ensure timely task tracking.

Support account rounding and cross-selling initiatives using strategic tools.

Respond promptly to client requests and assist in day-to-day servicing.

Educate clients on coverage options, policy changes, and claims processes.

Create proposals and master certificates; handle claim intake and reporting.

Maintain knowledge of online rating and underwriting platforms across all coverage lines.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to service-related projects.

Required Skills & Attributes
Must have at least 7 years of Commercial Lines experience (mid-to-large accounts)

Active Florida License

Strong communication and client service orientation.

Proficiency in insurance systems and document preparation.

Knowledge of commercial lines coverage and underwriting.

Reliable, organized, and responsive to shifting priorities.

Collaborative, with a proactive and positive attitude.
