Summary
The Team Lead oversees kennel operations to ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and comfort for canine clients. This role requires leadership, operational management, and customer service expertise to foster a cohesive team environment while maintaining exceptional service delivery. The Team Lead acts as the primary liaison between staff and management, ensuring smooth communication, effective issue resolution, and alignment of team efforts with organizational goals.

The first is the Behavioral Assessment which is a brief questionnaire with no right or wrong answers, taking about 2–3 minutes. Select the words that best describe you. The second is the Cognitive Assessment which is a 12 minute timed multiple choice quiz. It's normal not to finish all questions so don't worry. After completing the first assessment, you will receive the second one via email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance. Its best to do both on a PC and not a cell phone.
