Facilities Maintenance

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a building maintenance technician to join our team! Successful candidate will be a reliable individual skilled in the construction trades, with demonstrated experience in building and grounds maintenance. You will be responsible for completing work orders, preventative maintenance, various construction projects and other required tasks. Area of service is Kingline Equipment locations.


Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Manage time effectively, and perform work in a safe and professional manner.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
• Complete work orders and related documentation in written and electronic format.

 
Qualifications:

• Previous experience in building maintenance and construction trades, i.e. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, drywall, painting, tile etc.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment. Must have own basic hand tools.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening test.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record .
• Must possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.

 
Job Type: Full-time.
Mon-Fri 8 hrs. or Mon-Thursday 10 hrs.

• Hourly $20.00-$25.00 per hour.
