This is a full-time, W2 position at our company. This is not a "consulting" position, you are not a temp, not seasonal, and not “as needed.” This is a job that makes you happy! It is full of rewards, offers variety, and provides an immense amount of learning opportunities in the fields of business and Human Resources. 

As an HR Generalist, you’ll work within a team to perform hands-on, day-to-day, outsourced HR services for small to mid-sized companies across the US.  You will serve as the support person for your assigned clients’ needs.  This includes but is not limited to, payroll & benefits administration/support, recruiting, training, and an abundance of HR projects. No two days are ever the same!  

• Payroll Administration – Manage and update data for regular payroll processing cycles.
• Benefits Administration – Maintain and handle all administrative tasks
• Hotline Services – Serve as a member of a team to intake and resolve issues reported through our hotline services.
• HR Support - Provide support for projects, build training presentations, create HR documents and more! 
• HR Technology - Utilize various technologies to automate and maintain HR related tasks where possible.

• Experience:
• 2+ years of well-rounded HR experience including payroll experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business with a focus in HR; or a degree plus a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HR certification required
• Computer skills – well-versed and able to learn new programs regularly as we support clients on different platforms
• Location: Work from home/remote role with limited travel. However, you need to be within the Eastern or Central time zones. Sorry, West Coast- it’s not you, it’s us
