Residential HVAC Journeyman
Are you an experienced residential HVAC professional looking for the right fit with a great company? Aire Serv of Fargo offers a flexible work environment where your time, your input, and experience are respected.

You will expertly address customer’s heating and cooling needs by providing quality system installations including split systems, duct work, air handlers, furnaces, condensers, thermostats, IAQ products, smart home devices and more in mostly residential and some light commercial settings. This position requires extensive installation and operational knowledge of HVAC systems, patience, a practical mind and manual dexterity, as well as the ability to able to work efficiently with great attention to detail.

Starting Pay: $28.00 to $37.00 depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, some Fridays as necessary

Job Duties:

• Lead HVAC system installation, repair, and maintenance projects.
• Test and inspect equipment to ensure system is heating / cooling to customer’s satisfaction.
• Advise on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans.
• Inform customers on recommended maintenance tasks for equipment.
• Mentor and supervise apprentice installers, providing guidance on techniques and tools of the trade.
• Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and inventory to meet service demands.
• Deliver an amazing system and install experience to our customers.

Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record and reliable transportation; HVAC training/certification; may be required to training apprentices; may be required to run jobs from start to finish. Must be able to work in awkward and confined spaces, lift heavy materials and tools up to 60 lbs., and perform all related physical tasks.
