DESCRIPTION

Amazon's Litigation & Regulatory department is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to spearhead transformative initiatives within our Program Management Office (PMO). •Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains.
•Manage complex stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 2+ years of program/project management experience.
- Demonstrated success in driving end to end project delivery and cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven process improvement.
