Job Description

Our dental front office associates are the heart of our practice – they are the first and last impressions to be made on our patients. Our front office team plays an essential role in helping the operations of the office run smoothly and delivering best in class patient care. By joining our team, you will have:

Key Responsibilities 

• Building relationships with all patients referred to our practice and collaborate with the dental offices that referred them. Ensuring that we have clear and accurate information on the patients conditions and potential treatment needs prior to their initial comprehensive evaluation.
• Answer referral calls and schedule patients referred to our practice. Your workspace will be on-site but located in our upstairs office space to reduce noise and interruptions.
• Gather referrals and new patient information sent via email and processing per office guidelines.
• Ensure all referred patients are entered into our referral tracking software with accurate data.
• Follow up with all referred patients that are not currently scheduled.
• Although the main focus of the New Patient Concierge is new patients, there will be other duties learned to help cover for other business team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience 

• Dental office experienced (preferred)

Working Environment & Physical Requirements

Working conditions include those typically seen in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
