• Position: Help Desk Analyst III
• Location: Roseville, MN (on-site, 5 days a week)
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

THE POSITION

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Help Desk Analyst III to provide advanced technical support in a dynamic, Windows-based environment. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert, handling complex technical issues, system upgrades, hardware and software implementation, and end-user training. • Provide Level III support for both on-site and remote users, resolving escalated technical issues
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and specialized applications
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with IT leadership to standardize hardware and software across the organization
• Maintain detailed documentation related to asset management, troubleshooting processes, and user support
• Deliver training to new and current staff on IT policies, tools, and best practices
• Assist with special IT projects and initiatives as assigned
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 IT support coverage

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT support, including Tier II/III service desk or help desk roles
• Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote desktop support tools
• Experience with software deployment, system imaging, and endpoint management solutions
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to research and resolve complex technical issues independently
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high quality DME and nursing services to children that are medically fragile since 1990. Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of the clients we serve are age’s birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.

SALARY RANGE:

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The range for this role is $27.16 to $29.88 hourly, based on experience and qualifications.
