We are currently seeking a Sr. Python RPA Developer (FTE/Onsite) to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** + 7+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role + Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate manual business processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors. + Work with business analysts and process owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation. + Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the automation solution meets the needs of the organization. + Collaborate with RPA architects, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions. + Develop scalable and reusable frameworks and components for automation. + Review, test, and validate automation workflows to ensure quality and efficiency + Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Selenium + Hands-on experience in working with Open-Source RPA tools like Robot Framework, TagUI, Taskt, or OpenRPA. + Experience in Automation Anywhere is a plus. + Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. + Experience with enterprise IT systems (APIs, databases). + Working with Machine learning tools is a big plus **Basic Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in Python, R, NLTK + Minimum 2+ years of experience in Automation process exposure **\#LI-NorthAmerica** **\#INDFSINS** **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
