Staffing Business Development Representative (Industrial Sales Experience) | Tulsa, OK

Position Summary :

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Representative with experience in industrial sales to grow and expand our client base. This role focuses on building strong relationships within the industrial sector to promote our staffing services, create new business opportunities, and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the industrial market, proven experience in B2B sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Identify and Develop New Business :
  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new business leads within the industrial sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify key industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs.
  1. Build and Maintain Client Relationships :
  • Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers in the industrial market to understand client requirements.
  • Regularly meet with clients to discuss staffing needs, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  1. Sales and Revenue Growth :
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  1. Consultative Selling :
  • Educate clients on our staffing solutions and the value we bring to help them address workforce challenges.
  • Present customized staffing solutions to address client requirements and drive operational efficiency.

* Research conditions in local, regional, national, or online markets. Gather information to determine potential sales of a product or service, or plan a marketing or advertising campaign. May gather information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. May employ search marketing tactics, analyze web metrics, and develop recommendations to increase search engine ranking and visibility to target markets.
* Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
* Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
* Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
* Attend staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products or services.
* Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
