At Davies Institute for Speech and Hearing (DISH), we believe in utilizing a whole-family approach that teaches children, parents, and family members how to move through the early education and developmental journey. We believe that student success is not only dependent on the child’s abilities, but on family involvement throughout the education process. From newborn hearing screenings to college acceptance letters, our goal is to help your child excel past milestones and to provide parents with the best resources to help them along the way. Our families work directly with staff members to help build and develop appropriate goals and milestones based on their exact needs. Parents and children will work with teachers, speech therapists, audiologists, and occupational therapists based on their child’s comprehensive evaluation. Services are offered year-round by our wonderful staff and parents are always encouraged to be involved and ask any questions that may come up in the process.
