Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Independent Travel Agent to join our team in a contract, remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients with their travel arrangements, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service, and promoting and selling travel services to meet their needs. You will have the opportunity to work independently, offering a personal touch that enhances the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings.
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure clients have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
Promote and sell travel services, including vacation packages, corporate travel options, and incentive programs.
Work remotely and manage your schedule independently to meet client needs.
Maintain attention to detail when managing reservations, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in making reservations and coordinating travel arrangements.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction.
Ability to sell and promote travel services in a professional and persuasive manner.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
