**Aerotek Is Hiring!** **Job Title: Welder** **Pay: $18-23/hr** **Shift: 1st( 6am-4:30pm)** **Benton, AR** **Job Description** As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding steel members, moving them into position manually or with hoists and cranes, and following blueprints to weld parts to complete units or subunits. **Responsibilities** + Weld steel members accurately as per blueprints. + Move steel components into position using manual techniques or equipment such as hoists and cranes. + Follow detailed blueprints to weld parts to complete units or subunits. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with flux core welding. + Skilled in fabrication and fitting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read and understand blueprints and perform basic math. + Open to entry level welders. + Experience with FCAW welding. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy fully paid health insurance for individuals, a 401k plan with up to 3% matching, and a close-knit team environment in a small shop. This position offers competitive hourly rates with the potential to earn up to $23 per hour. **Work Environment** The work environment is not climate controlled, and it can get very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. The standard shift is Monday to Thursday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional mandatory work on Fridays and Saturdays, where Saturday shifts are typically half-days. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Benton, Arkansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
