Do you love being outdoors, getting your hands dirty, and turning nature into a masterpiece? If so, we want you on our team. We’re looking for a dedicated Greenskeeper who isn’t just here to mow the lawn—but to make it shine. If you have a passion for turf care, flower planting, and landscape design, this is your chance to grow your career while helping our grounds bloom.
What You'll Be Doing:
Keeping our greens, fairways, tees, and trails looking picture-perfect for play and relaxation.
Operating and maintaining mowers, trimmers, aerators, and irrigation systems like a pro.
Giving our grass the attention it deserves—mowing, edging, trimming, and keeping every blade in check.
Applying fertilizers, treating weeds, and controlling pests to keep our turf healthy and vibrant.
Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees—because color and beauty are just as important as playability.
Designing and maintaining flower beds and garden areas throughout the property.
Adjusting irrigation systems based on weather and plant needs.
Raking, removing debris, and fixing divots to keep every inch of the course inviting and safe.
Reporting maintenance needs and working closely with our Grounds Superintendent and team.
About You:
You know your way around a mower and love working outdoors—rain or shine.
You've got experience in turf management, golf course maintenance, or landscaping (or you're eager to learn).
You’re creative, hands-on, and find joy in planting flowers and watching them thrive.
You’re a team player with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail.
You're physically fit and can handle early mornings, weekends, and whatever the job requires.
Bonus Points If You:
Have a green thumb and a knack for landscaping design.
Take pride in beautifying spaces and making people say “Wow.”
Know the difference between Kentucky bluegrass and Bermuda—and care deeply about both.
