HR & Licensing Specialist Hybrid | Based in Dallas, Texas
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

This role sits at the heart of our HR operations. You'll be the go-to for everything from prelicensing and onboarding to HR systems and employee questions. Whether it's supporting a new hire on their first day or helping a manager fill a role…you'll be the magic behind the curtain making it all happen.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing the full prelicensing process for our future agents
✅ Keeping licensing requirements up-to-date across all the states we operate in
Leading Day One onboarding sessions via Zoom like a boss
Processing new hires, transfers, and terminations in a timely, organized way
Supporting managers and team members with our HR tools and systems
Posting open roles and helping managers through the hiring process
Running reports and spreadsheets to keep things moving smoothly
Handling a few admin tasks (like company mail and employment verifications)
Responding to candidate and internal questions with clarity and kindness
Supporting new HR projects and making our processes even better as we grow
